1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how AKG Inc. ("AKG," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Earn Reward mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Earn Reward is a rewards app: you earn points by completing offers and watching rewarded ads, you can enter a lottery, and you can request withdrawals. This Policy explains what information is involved and how it is used. Where this Policy describes rights or obligations under data-protection laws, those provisions apply to the extent any information is actually processed.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not ask you to create a traditional account and does not collect your name, postal address, telephone number, or email address within the App. You are signed in anonymously. We process the following information:

• Anonymous account identifier: a randomly generated user ID issued by Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in). It is not linked to your real-world identity.
• In-app activity: a record of your actions such as app launches, offer completions, rewarded-ad views, lottery entries, point balances, referral usage, and withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal wallet address: the USDT cryptocurrency wallet address you provide so that we can process a withdrawal you request.
• Device and advertising identifiers: including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS where you have granted permission via App Tracking Transparency, the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, and similar identifiers.
• Device and environment data: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, and approximate (IP-derived) location.
• Crash and performance data: diagnostic information used to detect and fix problems.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone or camera input, biometric or health data, or precise GPS location.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• credit points and operate your balance, referrals, and the lottery;
• process withdrawals you request, including sending USDT to the wallet address you provide;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and policy violations;
• operate, maintain, and improve the App and our services; and
• display advertising and, where permitted, optimize its delivery.

4. Advertising and Tracking

The App uses an advertising network (Google AdMob) and an offerwall (Notik). On iOS, when you first use the App we ask for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Advertising identifiers are used to optimize advertising only if you grant permission. If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are not optimized using your advertising identifier.

The Notik offerwall opens third-party offers associated with your anonymous user ID so that completed offers can be credited to your account.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies, and these providers may collect identifiers independently:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, database, and cloud functions used to run the App and store your in-app data.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — in-app advertising, including rewarded ads.
• Notik — an offerwall provider that delivers reward offers and reports completions back to us.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to provide the service — for example, to process a withdrawal or to prevent fraud and abuse. As noted above, advertising and analytics providers may independently collect identifiers through their software development kits (SDKs).

We do not "sell" personal information for money.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information under appropriate security safeguards for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@akg-inc.net.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information that directly identifies a child under the age of 13 (United States, Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA"), under 16 (European Economic Area, General Data Protection Regulation), or any other age specified by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take prompt action.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to personal data under laws such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), and similar laws. These rights typically include the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because the App uses anonymous sign-in and does not collect your name or contact details, we generally cannot identify you from the data we hold. You can exercise the following controls directly:

• Account deletion: use Settings → Delete Account in the App.
• iOS tracking: open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Earn Reward, and disable "Allow Tracking" to withhold the IDFA from the App.
• Android: open Settings → Google → Ads to reset or opt out of Ads Personalization.
• Ad personalization: visit your Google Ads Settings to manage personalized advertising across Google services.

10. International Users

The App is operated from Japan, and data is stored using Firebase infrastructure (the primary database region is Singapore). Data processed by Google LLC and other providers may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, in accordance with their privacy policies and applicable cross-border transfer mechanisms. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

11. App Stores

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple Inc. and Google LLC operate those platforms and are not parties to, and are not responsible for, this Privacy Policy or the App. The platform operators may collect information about app downloads, installations, and device characteristics in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We recommend that you keep your device's operating system up to date and protect your device with a passcode.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
